SUPPORT, NOT SHAME
A steadier relationship with learning.

- Start with the student’s actual assignment or reading need.
- Break larger tasks into manageable steps.
- Use quiet help, practical modeling, and specific encouragement.
- Support approved school technology without posting student information publicly.
- Record what was completed, what is still needed, and who will follow up.
SCHOOL & FAMILY CONNECTION
Keep the right people in the loop.
Caregivers help us understand school expectations and learning needs. School communication and records access require appropriate authorization. CGT is not claiming a school partnership, special-education service, credit-bearing course, or guaranteed grade improvement.
Younger youth use shorter tasks, movement, and visuals. Preteens and teens use more choice, organization, and planning. Staff protect dignity when a learner is frustrated or needs additional help.
