3:00–3:30 p.m.Meet at the DoorSchool pickup or caregiver drop-off, attendance, readiness, and a supervised handoff. Transportation remains subject to approval.
3:30–4:15 p.m.Homework & Academic LabReading, homework, tutoring, task planning, and help asking the next school question.
4:15–6:45 p.m.2.5-hour Development LabAge-separated skill-building: regulation, instruction, movement, sport or project practice, reflection, and next steps.
6:45–7:15 p.m.Open Table DinnerA planned shared meal, conversation, hospitality, and community connection.
7:15–7:40 p.m.Choice StudioMentoring, recreation, reading, creative work, leadership, or unfinished-task support.
7:40–8:00 p.m.Checkout & Safe ReleaseBelongings, caregiver communication, authorized pickup, and approved route departures. Home arrival time depends on the route.

The 3–8 p.m. schedule is the proposed operating model. The site, school calendar, start date, transportation routes, fees, meals, staffing, and cohort capacity must be confirmed before enrollment.

The 2.5-hour block is structured youth development. It is not represented as 150 minutes of therapy or billable clinical treatment. Younger participants use shorter instructions and activities within each block.
