- Youth-protection, reporting, emergency, and role-specific training.
- Code of conduct, communication and transportation rules.
- Observed competency, written assignment, supervision, and renewal.
THE STANDARD
Structure without shame.
Adults do not need to win arguments with children. They need to teach skills, correct without humiliation, protect privacy, report safety concerns, and follow through. No private adult-to-youth messaging or informal rides.
