THE ENROLLMENT PATH
No family should be left guessing.
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1 · Interest | An adult shares contact information and broad program interests. |
| 2 · Fit & availability | Staff review ages, space, capacity, schedule, and support needs. |
| 3 · Secure enrollment | Required guardian documents and sensitive health or pickup information are handled through an approved process—not the public interest form. |
| 4 · Orientation | Youth and caregivers review expectations, safety, rights, consent, and questions. |
| 5 · Costs or assistance | Approved fees, included items, and assistance decisions are explained. |
| 6 · Placement confirmation | The family receives the program, location, first date, schedule, contact, and arrival instructions. |
PARTICIPATION WITH DIGNITY
Clear expectations. Respectful communication.
- Keep emergency and authorized-pickup information current through the approved enrollment process.
- Discuss attendance expectations, late pickup, equipment, schoolwork, and communication methods.
- Choose separate permissions for media, transportation, field trips, and partner sharing when offered.
- Raise concerns without retaliation; ask for language or accessibility assistance.
- Youth are corrected through safe boundaries, replacement skills, repair, and supported return—not humiliation.

A WELCOMING FIRST DAY
Placement comes before arrival.

We will share first-day instructions when a placement is confirmed. An online inquiry is not enrollment, a seat reservation, a transport route, or permission to arrive at a site.
