| 3:30–4:15 p.m. | Homework & Academic Lab | Reading, homework, tutoring, task planning, and help asking the next school question. |
| 4:15–6:45 p.m. | 2.5-hour Development Lab | Age-separated skill-building: regulation, instruction, movement, sport or project practice, reflection, and next steps. |
| 6:45–7:15 p.m. | Open Table Dinner | A planned shared meal, conversation, hospitality, and community connection. |
| 7:15–7:40 p.m. | Choice Studio | Mentoring, recreation, reading, creative work, leadership, or unfinished-task support. |
| 7:40–8:00 p.m. | Checkout & Safe Release | Belongings, caregiver communication, authorized pickup, and approved route departures. Home arrival time depends on the route. |
