3:00–3:30 p.m.Meet at the DoorSchool pickup or caregiver drop-off, attendance, readiness, and a supervised handoff. Transportation remains subject to approval.
3:30–4:15 p.m.Homework & Academic LabReading, homework, tutoring, task planning, and help asking the next school question.
4:15–6:45 p.m.2.5-hour Development LabAge-separated skill-building: regulation, instruction, movement, sport or project practice, reflection, and next steps.
6:45–7:15 p.m.Open Table DinnerA planned shared meal, conversation, hospitality, and community connection.
7:15–7:40 p.m.Choice StudioMentoring, recreation, reading, creative work, leadership, or unfinished-task support.
7:40–8:00 p.m.Checkout & Safe ReleaseBelongings, caregiver communication, authorized pickup, and approved route departures. Home arrival time depends on the route.
