MENTORSHIP WITH RESPONSIBILITY

Good intentions are the beginning—not the clearance.

Coalition of Dads is a Cincy Grind Time initiative that organizes trusted male mentors around youth development and family reinforcement. The plan includes group conversations, practical life skills, leadership, family tables, service, and accountable adult presence.

  • Application, identity verification, references, screening, and role-specific review.
  • Youth-protection and reporting training, conduct agreement, written assignment, and supervision.
  • Observable contact and guardian-included communication; no private adult-to-youth messaging.
  • No informal rides, secret relationships, humiliation, intimidation, or replacement of caregivers.

THE FAMILY CONNECTION

Bring support to the table.

Adult and young bulldog mascots reviewing notebooks and a shared plan around a table.

Family nights and Coalition Tables can connect caregivers, mentors, and youth around shared goals. Youth and caregivers have a way to raise concerns. Participation in mentoring does not authorize treatment or clinical information sharing.

Exact cohort ages, meeting cadence, facilitator assignments, and family-event dates will be released when approved.
