ARRIVAL & SAFE RELEASE
A safe handoff
is part of the program.
The proposed day includes arrival and checkout. School pickup and home routes remain subject to approval, capacity, insurance, staffing, and written authorization.

CURRENT POSITION
Transportation is not yet confirmed.
Do not assume that completing an interest form creates a ride, route, seat, or pickup appointment. Transportation requests will be reviewed separately.
Approved transportation will use identified drivers, vehicle and insurance review, passenger controls, guardian permissions, route information, attendance reconciliation, and emergency procedures.
ARRIVAL & RELEASE
Know who receives the child.
- Reconcile each expected participant at arrival.
- Release only to authorized people under the approved identity and custody process.
- Verify changes through a monitored organizational channel—not an informal message to a volunteer.
- Do not substitute a coach’s personal ride for approved transportation.
- Keep detailed routes, child names, custody documents, and home addresses off public pages.
- Maintain supervision until the final authorized handoff is complete.
BEFORE TRANSPORTATION OPENS
Families will receive the actual details.
CGT will publish the approved service area, school connections, route windows, capacity limits, costs, late-pickup procedure, and escalation contact. The planned 7:40–8:00 p.m. checkout period is not a guarantee that every child arrives home by 8:00 p.m.
