THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PROGRAM
Every role has a purpose.
Every shift needs coverage.
Nineteen defined operating functions from the existing CGT role guide. These are role descriptions—not an announcement that positions are filled or funded.
Program development · Facility search · No start date announced

APPOINTMENT STANDARD
A title is not a coverage plan.
Each function requires an assignee, backup, supervisor, schedule, readiness evidence, and appointment decision. Multiple titles may be combined only when qualifications, workload, conflicts, actual coverage, and backup needs are addressed.
Drivers cannot count as onsite supervision while driving. Food-service staff do not count as youth supervisors unless separately approved. A safety lead handling an incident cannot leave a group without coverage.

Read each function and its responsibilities.
