COMMON QUESTIONS
What families ask first.
Is CGT operating or accepting full enrollment?
This release describes a developing organization and planned programs. The site remains in planning / interest status until the approved program release identifies a facility, dates, staffing, costs, and enrollment process.
What ages are planned?
The overall youth range is 5–17. Game Plan Academy is the ages 5–12 pathway, with 5–7, 8–10, and 11–12 adaptations. B.U.Y.-In is the ages 13–17 pathway. Exact sport and cohort eligibility will be confirmed.
Where will CGT be located?
We are looking in Lockland, Reading, Woodlawn, Lincoln Heights, and Wyoming. A mailing or administrative address is not a confirmed youth-program site.
What are the proposed hours?
Monday–Friday, 3–8 p.m., including homework, a 2.5-hour age-separated Development Lab, dinner, choice activities, and safe release. The calendar and start date have not been released.
Does my child need sports experience?
The developmental design includes beginners. Specific competitive teams may use their own announced eligibility and selection process.
Is CGT already an AAU club?
Not represented as confirmed in this release. CGT intends to pursue AAU club membership and will update its public status after retaining current evidence.
Are boxing and football contact sports here?
The Corner is non-contact boxing: no sparring, youth-to-youth striking, or head contact. The Formation is flag football: no tackling or collision drills.
Are costs, scholarships, meals, or rides guaranteed?
No. Fees, included items, assistance criteria and funds, meals, and any transportation routes will be confirmed before placement.
Can a mentor message my child privately?
No private adult-to-youth direct messaging is part of the CGT design. Communication uses approved, transparent, guardian-connected channels.
Is CGT therapy?
CGT is community youth development, athletics, mentorship, and family engagement. Reach One Clinical Services is a separate partner; clinical care has separate consent, eligibility, records, and qualified staff.
Must we use Reach One to participate?
No. Families retain provider choice, and CGT participation is not conditioned on receiving clinical treatment.
Are these photographs of the program?
The new bulldog scenes are AI-generated program illustrations, not documentary photographs of operating facilities, enrolled youth, events, awards, or confirmed partnerships.
What happens after an interest form?
When enabled, a successful form produces a receipt for administrative review. Staff follow up with a specific next step. A receipt is not enrollment or team selection.
How do I report a concern?
Use the Report a Concern page. Call 911 for immediate danger, call or text 988 for crisis support, and contact 241-KIDS for suspected child abuse or neglect in Hamilton County. Do not wait for a general web-form response in an emergency.
